iSON Xperiences, a provider of AI-powered digital customer experience (CX) and business process outsourcing (BPO) solutions, has appointed Ricardo Langwieder as its new Chief Sales Officer. The company announced the appointment on 1 April 2025 in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
Ricardo joins the executive committee and will lead efforts to drive global expansion, strengthen revenue growth, and build new strategic partnerships.

A career rooted in CX and BPO
Ricardo brings over 25 years of corporate and entrepreneurial experience to the role. He is known for his work in customer experience, digital transformation, and BPO. He has held senior leadership roles at global firms including Alorica, Majorel, EXL, Stream, and Philips.
During his career, Ricardo has focused on developing offshore and nearshore business models. He has played a key role in promoting Africa as a destination for delivering quality and cost-effective CX solutions.
